These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the East Peak Strategy website (eastpeakstrategy.com) and all products and services offered by East Peak Strategy, LLC (“East Peak Strategy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Services

East Peak Strategy offers digital educational products including strategic playbooks, specialty guides, and subscription plans (collectively, “Products”). All Products are delivered digitally through your customer portal and are intended for business and professional use by independent medical practices and healthcare organizations.

Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards via Stripe and GoDaddy Payments. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed annually. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@eastpeakstrategy.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid term. You will retain access to all delivered content through the end of your billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.

Refund Policy

Individual playbook and specialty guide purchases are non-refundable after the content has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to purchased content, contact us at hello@eastpeakstrategy.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content sold or distributed by East Peak Strategy — including playbooks, guides, templates, checklists, and research summaries — is the intellectual property of East Peak Strategy, LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may use purchased content for your own internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, share login credentials, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Products are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. East Peak Strategy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content. Results will vary based on your practice’s individual circumstances and implementation effort.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, East Peak Strategy, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
